Whether you need the simplicity of a conventional single-site system, the coverage of IP Site Connect, or the powerful trunking capabilities of Capacity Plus, Capacity Max, or Connect Plus, the SLR 8000 puts the power of a two-way radio in the hands of your workforce. It can also operate as an analog repeater (conventional or MPT 1327) or as a mixed analog/digital repeater to support the transition from a traditional analog system.
With its 100 W transmit power and highly sensitive receiver, the SLR 8000 offers radio coverage over an extremely long range. Thanks to its excellent performance characteristics, it is also ideal for congested sites, where more stringent specifications are required. The unit features internal monitoring circuits that
allow the measurement of parameters such as input current and voltage, output power, module temperatures, and VSWR. These can be accessed through the front panel maintenance interface or a remote management application such as RDAC. The SLR 8000 can be customized to suit the customer's specific operation. Options include an internal preselector and a relay module with antenna for a plug-and-play installation. An internal wired card is also available if you need to control tones, 4-wire audio, and other external controls.
