EKOAX Plus slave Wi-Fi module 4 RJ45 ports
Description
The EKOAX Plus slave IPC AC module from Ekselans is a solution for data reception over coaxial cable, designed to integrate Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity in a single device. It supports EOC IEEE P1901 and HomePlug AV standards, has 4 10/100M RJ45 Ethernet ports and RF IN and RF OUT connections with F connector, offering a structure suitable for data networks distributed over coaxial infrastructure.
From an operational standpoint, the device works in TDMA or CSMA mode with AES-128 encryption and is managed via WEB, CLI, and SNMP. Ekselans also integrates software functions such as VLAN, QoS, bandwidth control and broadcast storm limitation, while the Wi-Fi part operates in Router or Bridge mode with 2 antennas at 2.4 GHz and 2 antennas at 5 GHz.
Wi-Fi performance includes throughput up to 300 Mbps in IEEE802.11n and up to 800 Mbps in IEEE802.11ac, with support for channels 1-13 for 2.4 GHz and 36-165 for 5.8 GHz. The device uses 12 Vdc power with consumption less than 5 W.
