Description

The side mounting 15-65 mm 0.5 m bracket from Amphenol-Procom is a solution for side-mounting base station antennas on support masts or pole tubes. This version belongs to the SMC 500 series and offers a lateral distance of approximately 0.5 m, making it suitable when the antenna needs to be installed to the side of the support.

The product is compatible with poles with diameters between 15 and 65 mm and is supplied with two 65 mm U-bolts, eight M8 nuts, and four washers. The structure is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, while the fixing accessories are made of stainless steel.

Amphenol-Procom indicates these brackets mainly for omnidirectional antennas with type C or LW clamps, but they can also be used with GP antennas for 38 mm pole tubes or to support directional antennas.

From a mechanical point of view, the SMC 500 version has a stand-off distance of approximately 570 mm, a wind area of ??0.027 m2, a wind load of 34 N at 160 km/h and a weight of approximately 3.6 kg.
