PowerTector 20A 9-32Vdc Battery Protector
Description
The Alfatronix PowerTector 20 A 9-32 Vdc battery protection is a solid-state device designed to monitor battery voltage and disconnect equipment when the value drops below a predefined threshold. This helps maintain sufficient voltage for engine starting or other critical applications, also helping to protect the battery from total discharge.
The PT20 model has a continuous current of 20 A, an input voltage of 9 Vdc to 32 Vdc with Automatic Referencing, dimensions of 155 x 30 x 15 mm and a weight of 45 g. The 20 A unit uses a simple in-line system, designed for connection to a specific device, without the need for chassis mounting.
The PowerTector includes an alarm output that activates 10 seconds after the threshold is reached and remains active for an additional 50 seconds before disconnecting. All units in the range are supplied pre-programmed for different scenarios and allow quick selection of the correct program according to operational needs, with green LED for programming and output status indication.
