XV2-2T0 outdoor Wi-Fi 6 access point
Description
The XV2-2T0 is a dual-radio Wi-Fi 6 access point (AP) designed by Cambium Networks for outdoor deployments in Wi-Fi hotspots, outdoor enterprise networks, hospitality, and education markets. The XV2 2T features surge suppression up to 4kV and an LTE coexistence filter.
The XV2-2T0 provides a Cambium 30V DC or 48V DC output for PoE devices connected to the second gigabit Ethernet port. Ideal for connecting the XV2-2T0 to a Cambium Subscriber Module (SM), Terragraph CN (connection node), or any IP and Ethernet device such as an IP security camera or another Wi-Fi access point.
The new IEEE 802.11ax standard offers faster network speeds and enables more devices to connect with higher packet quality. For outdoor deployments, the IEEE 802.11ax standard offers increased range by increasing the RF frame preamble by 3dB and improved signal quality with a longer guard interval compared to previous Wi-Fi technology. The XV2-2T0 is fully backward compatible with existing Wi-Fi technology, preparing a network for increased growth and a higher density of Wi-Fi-connected devices.
