The cnPilot e510 access point boasts an IP67 protection degree, is resistant to extreme temperatures (-40°/+65°), with 4KV surge suppression and is equipped with 802.11ac Wave 2 MU-MIMO technology. It has only one Ethernet port and therefore cannot be used as PoE out. It is a certified device for environments subject to high levels of vibration, such as railways and subways and, more generally, for means of transport.

Description

The cnPilot e510 access point from Cambium Networks is the ideal device for distributing Wi-Fi signals outdoors as a public access service, or as part of an extended enterprise network that requires seamless roaming from inside to outside without requiring controller interaction. Built-in troubleshooting tools provide remote access for packet capture, client statistics, operational and RF statistics, and RF scanning for interference, channel utilization, and background noise.

The cnPilot e510 features multi-hop MESH for high flexibility in network administration. You can select the band to use for MESH (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz) and configure whether clients can access the network on one or both bands.

The cnPilot e510, when used with the rail-mount system, is shock and vibration-rated. It is ideal for industrial and manufacturing applications. The integrated cold-start heater ensures operation in harsh environments.

All Cambium Networks Enterprise 802.11 and broadband point-to-point and point-to-multipoint access points are supported by the cnMaestro controller.
