The IP57 remote speaker microphone is an accessory designed by Motorola Solutions to improve the clarity of voice communications in challenging environments. IMPRES technology helps suppress ambient noise, improve voice intelligibility, and amplify weaker transmissions, while the Windporting feature reduces wind noise and helps prevent water from obstructing the microphone, helping to make communications clearer even in difficult weather conditions.

This model is built to operate in extremely noisy, dirty, and complex environments, with a rugged construction and a dual-microphone design that isolates the voice and suppresses background noise. It is fully submersible, IP57 certified, and TIA4950 approved for use in hazardous environments. On-mic volume control allows you to adjust audio without having to touch the radio, helping you stay focused on your work.
