Description

This IP67 Nexus remote speaker microphone from Motorola Solutions is designed to deliver clearer, more reliable communications in challenging operating environments. IMPRES technology helps improve audio quality by suppressing ambient noise, increasing voice intelligibility, and amplifying weaker transmissions, while Windporting technology reduces wind noise and helps prevent water from obstructing the microphone.

The IP67-rated construction is completely dustproof and can withstand submersion for at least 30 minutes. The device includes fully accessible controls, including volume control, an emergency button, and a programmable button for quick access to favorite functions. It is also TIA4950 intrinsically safe for use in hazardous environments with MOTOTRBO radios and has two audio connectors: a 3.5 mm jack for a discreet, receive-only headset and an ATEX/IECEx open interface Nexus connector for third-party headsets compatible with TETRA radios.
