Description

The WS ProTac XPI Bluetooth headband headset is a next-generation protective communication solution designed for use in noisy and challenging environments. Part of the 3M Peltor range, this headband model integrates Bluetooth 4.2 with MultiPoint for simultaneous connection to two compatible devices, level-dependent ambient listening technology, and a Push-To-Listen function, useful for face-to-face communication without removing hearing protection.

The noise-cancelling boom microphone is water and dust resistant with an IP 68 rating and supports VOX, while Bluetooth A2DP support allows for selectable streaming in Setup mode. The headset also includes automatic shutdown after 4 hours of non-use, a low battery warning, and a high-visibility yellow color for improved operational recognition.

3M Peltor declares for this headband version an SLC80 attenuation of 32 dB in Class 5 according to AS/NZS 1270:2002, with a clamping force of 12 N and a weight of 372 g including batteries. The product is compatible with the 3M PELTOR WS Ground Mec adapter and the 3M E-A-Rfit validation system, for professional use in demanding contexts.
