Description
The 66-88 MHz N female duplexer is a 6-resonator duplex filter developed for duplex radiotelephones in the 66-88 MHz band. Amphenol-Procom designed it primarily for equipment where transmission and reception operate on single frequencies, but it can also be used on multiple channels within a given port bandwidth, with factory calibration recommended in the latter case.
The compact structure results from the use of high-Q helical resonators with thermal compensation and discrete component interconnects. The enclosure is extruded aluminum, the frame is passivated steel, the connectors are Teflon insulated, and the black vinyl coating helps protect against corrosion.
