The Amphenol-Procom EFD2R/h-TNC antenna is a 1/2 end-fed dipole designed for the VHF band 160-175MHz. Its ground-plane-independent design makes it ideal for portable equipment, ensuring easy installation and high performance in professional environments.
It offers approximately 3dB gain over a 1/4 whip, with a VSWR <1.3:1 at the resonant frequency and a bandwidth of ‰¥15MHz at a VSWR ‰¤2.0. The radiator is constructed of stainless steel and black chrome-plated brass, ensuring robustness and lightness. The male TNC connector ensures compatibility with standard portable radios.
