Description

The Noise-COM 500XP Bluetooth headset is a protective headset from the Savox Noise-COM 500 series designed for industrial use. It integrates Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity for connecting to compatible devices and supports hands-free calling and audio entertainment, while also offering features dedicated to professional communication.

In the 500XP model, Savox combines the noise-canceling boom microphone with a built-in rechargeable battery, a menu with voice prompts and a practical rotary control for managing push-to-talk and adjusting the volume of ambient sounds. The manufacturer also specifies a low battery warning, automatic power off and a construction technique that protects the electronics for maximum reliability.

The three available environmental audio profiles are Default, optimized for most noisy environments with amplification of voice frequencies for safety reasons, Narrowband, with limited range for more challenging environments, and Neutral, with wider range for improved situational awareness. The Noise-COM 500XP model has a claimed battery life of 80 hours, with a 5-hour charging time.

The headset is compatible with the PTT function of professional Bluetooth radios from various manufacturers, including Motorola, Tait, Kenwood, Hytera, Sepura, ICOM, and Calitta. The weight of the headband version is 375 g and the product is indicated as made in Finland.
