SELEA's Targa 860 is an ANPR-OCR camera designed for automatic license plate reading on dual-lane highways. The dual lens integrates a 5MP Global Shutter OCR sensor and a 5MP Sony Night Vision color context sensor, capable of capturing color images even at night.
The integrated algorithms allow it to read license plates from over 50 countries and ADR tables, as well as recognize vehicle make, model, color, type, direction of travel, nationality, and province. The modular structure allows you to add new video analytics without replacing the camera, protecting your investment over time.

- Context Sensor: 5 Mpx Sony Night Vision color CMOS with high night sensitivity and 20 fps frame rate.
- OCR Lens: 12-40 mm manual or motorized lens with F1.4 aperture and C/CS mount.
- Context Lens: 12 mm fixed lens with IR filter and panoramic field of view.
- Illuminator: Twelve 820 nm pulsed IR LEDs, also available with 940 nm on request. nm.
- Coverage: Reading on double lanes, lanes up to 8 m wide, distance up to 30 m and installation up to 6 m high.
- Capture speed: Up to 250 km/h.
- OCR accuracy: Up to 99.8 percent of transits and 100 percent certified accuracy on rear license plates, two-line plates, motorcycles and mopeds.
- Integrated analysis: Reading license plates and ADR tables, recognition of 200 brands, over 5,000 models, 16 color shades and 35 vehicle classes.
- Additional functions: Estimation of instantaneous speed, direction of travel, nationality, province and Fog-Fighter for reading in fog.
- Privacy: Image obfuscation subjects on both sensors and automatic deletion of data and images after a configured period.
- Memory: 16 GB industrial SLC microSD, expandable on request up to 256 GB, with support for USB storage even beyond 1 TB.
- Video Output: 5 Mpx JPEG images and RTP, RTSP or HTTP streams with MPEG4, H264 and H265 encoding.
- Security: Secure access via HTTPS, FTPS transfers and secure email sending via TLS/SSL.
- Integration: Compatibility with third-party VMS and recording on local servers or remote NAS.
