Description
The TAP100 Wi-Fi access point is a Teltonika Networks solution designed to provide wireless connectivity in enterprise, retail, and smart city environments. It supports the 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi 4 standard on the 2.4 GHz band and allows up to 100 simultaneous connections, making it suitable for multi-user scenarios.
The device features one 10/100 Mbps RJ45 port, two internal 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi antennas operating from 2400 to 2500 MHz, and a reset button with reboot, user reset, and factory reset functions. Teltonika Networks also integrates features such as 802.11s wireless mesh, 802.11r fast roaming, 802.11v BSS transition management and 802.11k radio resource measurement for more flexible network management.
On the security front, it offers WPA2-Enterprise, WPA2-PSK, WPA-EAP, WPA-PSK, WPA3-SAE, WPA3-EAP and OWE support, as well as AES-CCMP, TKIP, client separation, 802.11w Protected Management Frames and MAC address-based access control. Also featured are key-based SSH authentication, HTTPS, CLI, login attempt blocking, tag-based VLAN separation, certificate manager and 802.1x client.
