Description

The RUTX50 is an industrial router with a 5G Sub-6GHz (SA/NSA) modem capable of delivering up to 3.3Gbps downstream (4x4 MIMO) and 900/600Mbps upstream (2x2 MIMO). It offers full backward compatibility with 4G LTE Cat20 (up to 2.0Gbps DL, 200Mbps UL) and 3G networks.

It supports dual-SIM and eSIM options (up to 7 profiles), with automatic switching based on conditions such as signal, data limit, SMS, roaming, or SIM inactivity. View detailed metrics such as RSRP, SINR, bandwidth, and carrier.

Featuring dual-band 802.11ac Wave 2 Wi-Fi with MU-MIMO up to 867Mbps, it supports up to 150 concurrent clients, mesh (802.11s), fast roaming (802.11r), and WPA3, EAP-TLS, and OWE security.

Comes with 5 Gigabit Ethernet ports (1 WAN configurable as LAN + 4 LAN) with support for VLANs up to 128 IDs, bridging, and failover on mobile WANs.

Featuring integrated GNSS, a USB-A port for external storage or modems, configurable digital inputs and outputs (open collector inputs and outputs), and network/port status LEDs.

RutOS offers static and dynamic routing (BGP, OSPF v2, RIP, EIGRP, NHRP), firewall, QoS/SQM, captive portal with internal/external Radius, DNS-over-HTTPS, DDNS, and advanced traffic management.

Includes multi-protocol VPN support: OpenVPN, IPsec, GRE, WireGuard, ZeroTier, DMVPN, PPTP, L2TP, and SSTP, as well as anti-DDoS protection and mobile traffic filtering.

Remote management via WebUI, CLI, SSH, SNMP, MQTT, JSON-RPC, Modbus TCP, FOTA, TR-069, and RMS, with integration for IoT platforms such as Azure IoT Hub, Cumulocity, and ThingWorx.

9 to 50V DC power supply via industrial connector with reverse polarity protection, passive PoE support on LAN1. Typical consumption <4W idle, max up to <18W.
