Description

The compact LTE Cat 4 RUT281 router is designed to ensure reliable mobile connectivity in various professional environments. With Teltonika Networks, this device targets applications in industrial and automation, retail, smart cities, enterprise, and energy and utilities, offering a compact solution for cellular data connection.

The device supports 4G LTE Cat 4 connectivity up to 150 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload, as well as 3G networks up to 21 Mbps download and 5.76 Mbps upload and 2G up to 236.8 Kbps. It includes 1 2FF SIM slot and 1 consumer-grade eSIM, with profile download and removal and support for up to 7 eSIM profiles.

The router has 1 LAN port and 1 RJ45 WAN port on the front panel, along with LED indicators for power, cellular network type, signal strength, LAN, and WAN. It supports auto-switching between SIM and eSIM in case of weak signal, data limit, SMS limit, roaming, no network, network denied or data connection error.

Available features include SMS management, USSD, operator block and allow list, multiple PDN, band lock, SIM PIN management, Auto APN, bridge and passthrough. The standard package includes the RUT281 device, quick start guide, 9W power supply, 2 SMA mobile antennas, 1 SMA Wi-Fi antenna, 1.5m Ethernet cable and SIM adapter kit.
