Description
The Townet TW-DCDC48-B 48V DC-DC converter for Smartboxes is designed to provide stable and safe power to network devices such as Smartbox switches, IP cameras, and radio equipment. It accepts a wide input voltage range from 16.8 to 33.6 V DC and delivers 48 V adjustable up to 56 V, with a nominal current of 2.5 A and power up to 120 W.
Thanks to its 91% efficiency and overvoltage protection (57.6 67.2 V), the device guarantees maximum reliability even in harsh environments. It complies with IEC 62368-1, UL 62368-1, EAC TP TC 004, AS/NZS 62368.1 standards and UL 508 design. Furthermore, BS EN/EN 50155 and BS EN/EN 45545-2 railway certifications attest its suitability for critical applications.
The converter is easily installed on a TS-35 DIN rail and can operate over a wide temperature range from -40 °C to +70 °C, with humidity up to 95 % non-condensing. Compact and rugged, it is an ideal solution for professional and mission-critical infrastructures.
