Description

The Townet TW-IDU-NODE2 model is a Smart Energy Station designed to power and monitor network devices safely and efficiently. It features a Gigabit PoE output with selectable voltage of 24 V or 52 V and power up to 50 W, compatible with various PoE standards.

The device integrates an advanced energy management system with external battery charging and a "battery sharing" function for redundant cluster configurations. It is equipped with protection against overvoltages up to 43 Vdc, polarity reversals, discharges up to 25 kA, ESD, EFT and overcurrents.

Management and monitoring are available via CAN bus, USB mini-B and 1Wire interfaces, with supervision via the OS Node platform for PCs, tablets and smartphones. Its compact size (77 à— 220 à— 30 mm) and operation from 0 °C to +50 °C make it suitable for professional installations in critical environments.
