Description
The 5G MiMo WLAN omnidirectional ceiling antenna is a low-profile solution designed for ceiling installations in environments requiring cellular and wireless connectivity on multiple bands. Sirio Antenne creates it with omnidirectional radiation, vertical linear polarization, and a structure independent of the ground plane, to support 4G-LTE, 5G, ISM/SIGFOX/LoRa and Wi-Fi applications.
The device operates on the 5G MiMo 2x bands of 698-960 MHz and 1.71-3.8 GHz, as well as the 2.4-2.485 GHz and 5.15-6 GHz W-LAN bands. The gain reaches 3 dBi or 7 dBi depending on the band of use, with a maximum power of 10 W, typical efficiency greater than 80 percent for the 5G MiMo 2x section and greater than 90 percent for W-LAN.
The package includes three 0.5 m low-loss cables, two SMA male connectors, and one SMA male with reversed polarity. The construction uses brass, UV-stabilized thermoplastic, and PCB, with approximate dimensions of 62 x 200 x 200 mm and a weight of approximately 400 g.
