Description

The XDR 480E is an ultra-slim, cost-effective industrial AC/DC power supply for DIN rail, designed for applications such as industrial control systems, semiconductor fabrication equipment, factory automation, electromechanical equipment, and battery chargers. With this 24 V model, MEAN WELL offers a 480 W solution with a compact 48 mm wide structure, suitable for installation on TS-35/7.5 or 15 DIN rails.

The power supply supports an AC input of 85 to 264 Vac and DC of 120 to 370 Vdc, with a frequency of 47-63 Hz and a typical efficiency of 95.5%. It integrates constant current limitation, a DC OK relay contact, protections against short circuit, overload, overvoltage, and overtemperature, as well as the current sharing function up to 1920 W in a 3+1 configuration for parallel use. The fanless design with natural convection cooling supports an operating temperature range of -40 to +70 °C.
